In recent days, several American troops stationed in the Middle East have reported symptoms of traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) following rocket and drone attacks orchestrated by Iran-backed groups. According to knowledgeable sources within the U.S. government, more than 20 service members have suffered minor injuries due to these attacks on U.S. positions in Iraq and Syria.

The injured troops, though affected by TBIs, have all been deemed fit for duty, as reported by an anonymous U.S. official. The source emphasized that the injured service members have returned to their duties after receiving necessary medical attention. The attacks, attributed to proxies linked to Iran, have raised concerns about the safety of U.S. military personnel stationed in the region.

This development underscores the ongoing challenges faced by American forces in the Middle East and raises questions about the security situation in the region. The incidents have been reported to the public to ensure transparency about the impact of these attacks on U.S. military personnel.
