Records from the Obama administration show frequent visits by Dr. Cannard when Biden was vice president. However, the purpose of his recent visits remains unclear.
White House spokesman Andrew Bates stated that specialists from Walter Reed routinely visit the White House to treat military personnel. Bates also emphasized that President Biden undergoes annual physical exams, which include neurological assessments, and no signs of Parkinson’s have been detected.
Speculation about President Biden’s health intensified after a June debate performance against Donald Trump, where some observed symptoms that could suggest Parkinson’s or a related condition. Despite this, Bates reaffirmed that there is no need for further neurological evaluation since the February checkup.
